We deliver goods throughout Lithuania. You can also pick them up yourself at our store in Kaunas.
Delivery times
- Items in stock – usually delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Some items (e.g. shipped from manufacturers' or suppliers' warehouses) – delivery may take a few business days longer. The estimated time is shown on the product page.
- Made-to-order items – usually 2–4 weeks. We will contact you with the exact lead time once we receive your order.
We dispatch an order in a single shipment, once all of its items have been gathered. Delivery times are counted in business days from order confirmation or, for payment by bank transfer, from the receipt of payment.
Delivery methods and cost
The available delivery methods (e.g. courier to the specified address or to a parcel locker) and the exact delivery cost are calculated and shown during checkout, depending on the weight and size of the goods and the delivery location.
For bulky items or large quantities, the delivery terms and cost are agreed individually – our managers will contact you.
Store pickup
You can pick up your goods at Europos pr. 81, Kaunas, once we let you know that your order is ready. You will find our opening hours on the contact page.
Receiving a shipment
When you receive a shipment, please check the condition of the packaging. If you notice any damage, note it in the presence of the courier or on the delivery document and contact us immediately.
We do not deliver goods to the Curonian Spit.
