The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction relating to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by delivering it in person or by post to Europos pr. 81, Kaunas 46333; by email: eprekyba@bestmarket.lt.
Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than one month from the date of the request, provide a response and carry out the actions specified in the request or refuse to do so.
