SELFTENE TERRACE is a self-adhesive polymer-bitumen waterproofing membrane for balconies, showers, terraces and flat roofs, applied directly on concrete. 40% of the underside is covered with elastomeric adhesive, the rest with sand, which lets vapour circulate and prevents blistering.

The sanded top surface bonds with UNOLASTIC and PURLASTIC FLASHING mastics and tile adhesives, so tiles can be laid directly. Note: delivered on a pallet – please contact us for the delivery price.
